WHAT WE PROVIDE |
- Newsletters
- Question answering and follow-up, partnering with area agencies for patient and caregiver referrals.
- Provide in-service training and assistance to community groups such as nursing homes, service organizations, and related agencies.
- Promote awareness of our services by fostering partnerships with agencies and physicians.
- Produce and provide educational materials for physicians and other health care professionals.
- Establish and maintain a current lending library of printed and visual materials for use by patients and the community.
- Facilitate several support groups each month.
- Sponsor exercise programs designed for Parkinson's patients.
- Offer respite care options and network for patients and caregivers.
- Sponsor special projects and guest speakers which further our mission of education.
